Rules and Terms of Use

1. General provisions

Only persons who have turned 18 may use the site. By signing up you confirm that you have read and fully accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. Account

• Your information (name, date of birth, photos) must be true; one person may open only one account.
• A username, password, gender and date of birth are enough to sign up. Email is optional; accounts that confirm their email get a "verified account" badge on the profile. If your email is not confirmed, password recovery may not be possible if you forget your password.
• Protect your password and do not give it to anyone. You are responsible for all actions on your account.
• Using someone else's name or photo is prohibited.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Insults, threats, harassment, blackmail, hate speech, promotion of violence.
• Nudity, pornographic, violent or illegal content; photos of people under 18.
• Asking for money, fraud, fake investment/crypto offers, advertising, spam, selling services.
• Automated accounts (bots), attempts to probe or breach the security of the site.
• Sharing other people's personal information (phone, address, card, etc.) without permission.

4. Photos and content

You confirm that you hold the rights to the photos and texts you upload. Photos go through moderation and may be declined or removed if they do not comply with the rules. The site has the right to display this content for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Personal data and privacy

• Data collected: email, name, date of birth, gender, photos, profile details, approximate location, messages, usage logs. When you sign in with Google or Apple, only your email, name and account identifier are received from those companies; your password is not passed to us.
• Location is used only for search by distance; other users see an approximate distance, not exact coordinates. If you turn on location sharing, it is updated automatically about once an hour while the site or app is open; you can turn it off from your profile at any time.
• A message you "delete" in a chat is hidden from the other person, but it may be kept in the system for security and legal purposes and can be seen only by the authorized chief administrator.
• Safety and moderation: in case of a report, a suspected violation of the rules or a legal requirement, messages, photos and account data may be reviewed by an authorized person. Every such review is logged.
• Your data is not sold to third parties; it may be disclosed to the competent state authorities only where required by law.
• You can delete your account from the profile page at any time. The account is hidden immediately (your name, messages and matches are not visible to others) and your data and photos are permanently deleted after 30 days (except where the law requires retention). During this period you cannot sign up again with the same email.

6. Paid plans

VIP, Premium and Platinum plans give extra features for a set period (30 days). Prices, payment and refund rules are shown separately at the time of payment. A plan may not be refunded if the account is blocked for breaking the user rules.

Invitation program: verified accounts can invite friends. When an invited person verifies their account, the inviter receives 3 days of VIP as a gift, at most 5 times in one calendar month. If fake accounts or abuse are detected, rewards may be cancelled and accounts blocked.

7. Safety when meeting

Hold your first meeting in a public place, tell your friends or family, and do not get into the car of a person you do not know. You alone are responsible for all relationships with people you meet on the site.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is"; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site management and staff are not liable for: the behavior of users, online or offline meetings, the accuracy of information provided by users, material and moral damage resulting from users' own actions (including sharing card or money details), indirect and consequential damages, or losses caused by technical failure, attacks or force majeure.

9. Indemnification

You are responsible for any damage to the site or third parties, and for any claims brought, resulting from your breach of these rules.

10. Termination

In case of a breach of the rules an account may be restricted or blocked without warning. A person banned from the site may not open a new account.

11. Complaints and changes

If you notice a violation, report it with the ⚑ button on the profile or write to admin@tamnam.com. When the terms change, the version is increased and you must accept the new version to continue using the site.
